During my Xmas vacation, I was happy with a couple of things that I got in the hotel. it provided me with an easy reachable location - that was the best part for me. the hotel was surrounded by shops and hotels that added more fun to my trip. Apart from these, I found the staff to be friendly.
Sadly, I found that the hotel lacked in basic facilities, which made my stay uncomfortable. The bedding sheets were poorly cleaned, unhygienic, and stained with spots;
